Birthday Birdie

So last week I announced that I made my very first sale on Etsy. I was so proud and I packaged up my handmade card so nicely in a baggie to keep it waterproof and with bubble wrap to protect the 3D details and even stamped a cute owl on the shipping envie saying thank you and I put plenty of postage on my little sale and off it went to Kentucky or so I thought until I asked the buyer if she had received it and as it turns out it never arrived! So my poor little creation is traveling the nation and who knows if it will ever find its way home.
My customer couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. I told her I would refund her and she requested another card instead for her sister's birthday. I thought that was so nice of her.
Her sister is turning 19 and loves pink so I used a bunch of my new supplies and made this little birthday greeting. Off it will go with a delivery confirmation as I learn from all my mistakes!
As you can see I am on a kick with this layout! Ha!

Ingredients all from Stampin' Up!
Stamps: Cheep Talk
Paper: tea party dsp, pink pirouette, chocolate chip
Ink: whisper white craft, close to cocoa
Accessories: top note die, on board so tweet, silver brad
