Can You Handle It?

This is a card I made for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge #88.
At first I tried making a really cute card with a new image I got from Chicken Girl Designs, but these colors said maturity and seriousness when I put them together. Unfortunately, it's a pretty gloomy day today and I have poor natural light, oh but these colors in person are amazing! I ran out and bought some decorative paper and as it turned out I used papers I already had! The designer paper is from the Sweet Pea collection from Stampin' Up! Who woulda thunk it?

I love the simplicity of this card. To contrast its flatness, I added a bit of Carrera Marble glitter from Martha Stewart to the centers of the flowers. It added just enough dimension and shine.
I was also inspired to use this week's Sketch Challenge #276 from Splitcoast Stampers which I'm so glad I got the chance to use this week!
TGIF! I'm so excited for the weekend! Thanks for stopping by!
