Color Throwdown Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday!!! It's time for another edition of the Color Throwdown Challenge! This week Danielle is our hostess and has chosen these fun colors for us to work with:

I am in full on Christmas card mode so I thought I would try my hand at using these colors to make one. I really enjoyed making THIS card a little while back and I REALLY wanted to make another one, so I somewhat CASED myself this week and made this Christmas tree card using my Sentiment Flags die.

I started by making my tree. If you click HERE you will be taken to the Shop blog where I took a couple of quick pics to demonstrate how I made the tree using the die.
And I picked out my papers starting with a kraft base (but of course, HA) and the purple plaid from Mitten Weather and the yellow decorative paper from Circa 1934 both from Cosmo Cricket available at I Heart Papers which has quickly become my favorite paper company!
I was able to incorporate the Old Olive into my design not only in the tree but in the ribbon as well...probably my fave ribbon of all time. I MUST get more of this in other colors!! Dear Santa......

Anywhoo, what do you think? Would you like to play along?? Make a card or paper crafted project using this week's colors or what you have that's close and upload to your blog or online gallery(using keyword CTD120) and then link back to the CTD Blog using the InLinkz tool. Easy, right?

Stumped as what to do with this week's colors, try visiting the blogs of our amazing design team. They are sure to get your mojo going!
