I knew right away I wanted to use this polka dot paper from the October Afternoon 5 & Dime collection. The coordiating newsprint-ish paper worked too!!
I also really wanted to try to make something new for the Toothpick Flags Challenge over at the Create: blog! So here's what I designed....I just CANNOT resist this TCP Bear holding a Sentiment Flag...
