This past Tuesday I got a very exciting e-mail from Melissa at
Pink Cat Studio...She asked if I would make her a sample for her upcoming Easter Digi release!!! I was so excited I could barely contain myself!
Of course I immediately replied and thanked her profusely for thinking of me and she sent me two adorable images to choose from. I chose this wayyy cute
Lily and Chicks Paint an Egg image.

I decided to paper piece Lily's egg to match the designer paper I used as a background, but added hi-lights and shading to make it pop just a bit.
Lily and her chickie friends are layered on a scalloped Vellum circle. I don't use vellum a lot, but I really should because it gives a nice, soft effect.

I added in some accents using my Egg Hunt set from Papertrey Ink which I thought complemented this adorable image very nicely. What do you think? Are you heading over to
Pink Cat Studio now to pick up this image? I hope so! This adorable image is available today at Pink Cat Studio in the
digi store.Be sure to check out all the other amazing images that were released today!

Have a question about using digital images? Melissa has some
great information for you at her digital store as well, but as always, never hesitate to drop me a line! I would love to hear from you.
Oh, I almost forgot...
HERE is the blog post announcing the new release and you can see my card next to cards from many incredibly talented designers! I'm so proud!
